To acquire Yollo Chat, simply sign up through our Customer Area. Click on the “Subscribe Now” button and follow the instructions to create your account.
If you prefer a more direct approach, you can also subscribe directly with our sales team through WhatsApp!
The activation of the dashboard occurs within a maximum period of 24 hours after confirming the activation of the desired plan.
After the release of the dashboard assigned to your company, our support team will contact you to schedule the training. The best day and time will be established according to availability.
Training will be conducted via Google Meet, allowing the participation of all platform users.
You can request support in two ways: through a ticket in the Customer Area or, if you prefer, through WhatsApp!
The number of attendants varies depending on the plan you subscribe to:
- Essential Plan: Up to 5 attendants
- Professional Plan: Up to 20 attendants

The Yollo Chat platform is entirely online, meaning you can access it from anywhere through your preferred browser.
On mobile, besides accessing via the browser, you can install the platform’s Web App directly on your device. After the initial login, you’ll have the option to install the application on your phone for an even more convenient experience.
