LGPD – Channel for Data Subject Rights Requests
This is the communication channel provided by ACRIE LTDA to data subjects for the submission of rights requests, in accordance with articles 18 and 20 of Law 13,709/2018 – General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
The service will be provided at no cost, electronically through this channel within the deadlines defined by law or as regulated by the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
In the request, the data subject must provide the necessary information to confirm that the requester is the data subject themselves or their legally appointed representative. ACRIE LTDA may require the submission of additional documentation to prove the requester's ownership or their representative's legitimacy, always ensuring the privacy of the data subjects.
It is also possible to obtain general clarifications regarding the aspects of Law 13,709/2018 and their rights through this channel, ensuring free access and transparency regarding the personal data that ACRIE processes.
DPO (Data Protection Officer):
Under the General Data Protection Law, ACRIE LTDA, as the Controller, provides the email dpo@acrie.com.br to receive communications and requests.
The DPO is responsible for accepting complaints and communications, providing clarifications, taking actions in the interest of data subjects, and receiving communications from the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD), among other responsibilities established by law or determined by the National Data Protection Authority.
